Casey is a licensed Professional Engineer and President of Criterium-Cromer Engineers. As a South Florida native, Casey brings extensive local expertise in reserve studies, building evaluations, forensic engineering, and construction evaluations. Focusing on building envelope systems, roofing, waterproofing, and concrete protection, his work spans high-rise condominiums, single-family homes, and complex building systems. His leadership ensures the technical accuracy and comprehensiveness of all analyses and reports.
